How do I determine the right size for boxing gloves?
Size selection depends on your body weight and the type of training. Generally, 10oz-12oz is used for bag work, while 14oz-16oz is recommended for sparring. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your return policy for combat sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout for delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Are Venum products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Venum products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from intense training or improper care.
How should I care for my BJJ Gi to prevent shrinking?
To maintain the integrity of your Gi, we recommend washing it in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can damage the collar and cause significant shrinkage of the cotton weave.
