At Venum, we stand by the quality of our fight gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used for training.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
